Hi Holly,
Yes it is.
Currently, it only shows up if the spectra are in tab mode as shown in the video. If you have it in tile mode...it does not work for some reason.
Also make sure you have both spectra selected before choosing transparent view. You can do this my either holding your shift key and left-clicking, or using Ctrl-A.
